Expanding Your Settlement Toolkit

Two days in Austin built around one idea: building scalable, resilient settlement plans. Here's how it came together.

Settlement planners and case managers from across the country gathered at the historic Driskill Hotel for a conference centered on one question: how do we build settlement plans that hold up over time, at scale. Between sessions, the group took in Austin itself, from a private tour of Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium to dinner downtown and a late-night send-off on Fourth Street.

Tuesday, September 22. Arrival and Welcome

  • 2:00 PM: Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium tour. Shuttle departed the hotel lobby.
  • 5:00 PM: Welcome dinner, The Driskill Mezzanine.

Wednesday, September 23. Sessions, Strategy, and Celebration

  • 6:15 AM: Sunrise yoga, The Driskill Terrace.
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM: Conference sessions, The Driskill Ballroom.
  • 6:00 PM: Conference closing dinner, BOA Steakhouse.
  • 9:00 PM: Conference after party, Dumont's Down Low.
