Warren Bane

Warren Bane is a settlement consultant with Sage Settlement Consulting (formerly The Settlement Alliance).

Prior to his career in the settlement planning industry, Warren worked for the FDIC’s Office of Complex Financial Institutions in Washington DC, where he provided valuations on bank asset portfolios with a combined value exceeding $50 billion. During that time, he spearheaded a team that determined reserve pricing for real estate and financial institution sales. Warren’s previous professional experience also includes acquisition and asset management for commercial properties at a private real estate fund, as well as working in the private client group at Merrill Lynch.

It was while helping an attorney friend navigate a complex $200 million case involving 60 plaintiffs injured in a plant explosion that Warren was able to combine his extensive experience in the financial industry with his desire to provide financial guidance on a more personal level.

Warren earned his BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA in Finance from the University of Miami.
