Marjorie ("Margie") Smith works with plaintiffs to develop comprehensive settlement plans that may include structured settlements, trusts, Medicare Set-Asides, and other settlement solutions. She also designs and implements deferred compensation plans for attorneys.
Margie provides financial planning and investment advisory services through Pacific Wealth Management®, a San Diego-based financial advisory firm.
A Certified Financial PlannerTM professional, Margie considers all options for how settlement funds may be maximized and coordinated with all aspects of a client's financial life.
