David Hart

Dave Hart is an experienced settlement consultant and a veteran of the financial services industry. He is the Founding Principal of Hart Settlement Group, where he has worked for more than two decades. His focus centers on assisting attorneys, individuals, and families with the evaluation, design, and negotiation of structured settlements.

Dave has extensive experience not only with structured settlements, but also with trusts and wealth management services, special needs planning, qualified settlement funds, and government benefit analysis. He has also been an active member of multiple lien resolution companies and is a trusted advisor for attorneys and their clients. He holds insurance licenses in multiple states. Dave proudly supports the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Dave graduated from Syracuse University at Utica College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He lives in New Hartford, New York with his wife Linda and their sons David, Matthew, and Jacob. He is actively involved in coaching their sporting activities and serves as the treasurer of the NH Little League. Over the years, Dave has honed the craft of wine-making as a personal hobby, which he enjoys sharing by teaching others.
