CHAD GREMILLION

Chad joined Sage Settlement Consulting after more than 34 years in the structured settlement industry. Throughout his career, he has worked on numerous mass tort and class action settlements involving a wide range of demographics, developing a unique skill set focused on addressing both the immediate and long-term needs of his clients.

Chad has extensive experience in workers’ compensation, Medicare Set-Asides, Supplemental Needs Trusts, and Special Needs Trusts. As a structured settlement professional, he has built deep expertise in preserving injured parties’ current and future government benefits, including Medicare and Medicaid. He has been involved in some of the most complex settlements for individuals with serious, life-altering injuries, where careful planning for ongoing and future medical needs was critical.

Chad earned his bachelor’s degree from William Carey University and his Master of Public Administration from the University of Mississippi. Outside the office, he can usually be found in a tree stand, a duck blind, or enjoying time riding his horse.
