Troy has been happily married to his wife for 26 years and is the proud father of five children, ages 26, 23, 20, 16, and 13. His two oldest sons currently serve in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army.

A resident of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Troy has called the Bucks County region home for the past 27 years. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing golf, basketball, and pickleball, and maintaining his family homestead, which has been established in Pennsylvania since 1755.
