Audrey Kenney is a Settlement Planner who is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and legal professionals make informed financial decisions following life-changing events. With over 20 years of experience in the settlement planning industry, Audrey collaborates with her clients to develop solutions that provide reliable income streams, tax advantages, and financial security over time.
Audrey’s work focuses on designing customized settlement plans that align with each client’s unique needs, whether that involves personal injury settlements, wrongful death claims, or other litigation outcomes. She advises attorneys and their clients about structured settlement options and helps law firms navigate the complexities of settlement-related issues (e.g., Medicare Set-Asides, government benefit preservation, trusts, probate coordination, Qualified Settlement Funds). She also assists attorneys with designing fee structures for their contingency fees. Every case is handled with discretion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the emotional and financial challenges involved.
Audrey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University and earned her Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame University. She is a frequent speaker for trial lawyer associations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Association of Settlement Consultants (AASC).
In addition to working with her clients, Audrey enjoys spending time with her family, daily walks with her dog, camping trips in her Airstream, and a good book.
