Sherry Pfau joined Sage Settlement Consulting as a case manager in 2025. She brings with her over 17 years of experience from USAA Investment Management Company and USAA Life Insurance Company.

Sherry has a diverse professional background, with expertise in investment and life insurance operations and process ownership. Her structured settlement experience spans a broad range to include trusts, attorney fees, Qualified Settlement Funds (QSFs), and Medicare Set-Asides (MSAs).

She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing (2005) from the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds two designations, the Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) and Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC).

Originally from Kentucky, Sherry now calls San Antonio, Texas home. Outside of work, she runs a nonprofit rescue for special needs cats and dedicates time to wildlife rescue and animal welfare. She loves music, the beach, and spending quality time with her large family, especially her nieces and nephews.
