With more than 10 years of experience in financial accounting, he plays a key role in maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting.

Gilberto brings extensive experience working with privately held companies in the small and mid-sized business sector. His background includes financial reporting, audit coordination, and operational accounting, with a focus on strengthening processes and supporting organizational growth.

He earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and is actively involved in community outreach initiatives through the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
