Yasamin Pakshir

Yasamin’s goal at Sage Settlement Consulting is to help injured parties and clients understand their options at settlement in an easy-to-comprehend manner.

After completing her undergraduate work at California State University with a degree in Sociology and Economics, she began her career with the Law Firm of Binder & Binder as a Disability Benefits Specialist.

With a deep knowledge of Government Benefits, she was recruited by the structured settlement company, Ringler Associates, where she received her Insurance license as a structured settlement broker.

In 2014, she joined TPC Pacific, a boutique settlement company specializing in complex injury settlements and using her experience in retaining government benefits, assisted clients with Special Needs and Pooled Trusts as well as Medicare Set-Aside arrangements. She has broad exposure working with all parties involved in physical injury, wrongful death, employment litigation, medical malpractice, and attorney fee deferrals.

Yasamin is fluent in Farsi and understands the complexities of intercultural communications in structured settlements.

In her free time, Yasamin prefers to be outdoors with her spouse David, her sons Dara and Dayan and their military dog (retired) Sasha.
