Daniel McCarthy

Daniel McCarthy is a settlement planner and the Managing Partner for Waterville Advisors, an affiliate of Sage Settlement Consulting. Daniel’s dedication to helping plaintiffs meet their financial needs is evident in his work and his extensive writing on the subject of structured settlements, which has been featured in numerous outlets. Based in Chicago, he is an active member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Notre Dame. He then went on to receive his law degree from The DePaul College of Law and also earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
