Charlit Bonilla

A veteran of the financial services industry with over a decade of experience, Mr. Bonilla is an expert in plaintiff-centric settlement planning. He has personally structured hundreds of complex settlements, helping clients plan for their future medical and financial needs by developing comprehensive Medicare- and Medicaid-compliant plans for settlements ranging from $50,000 to $30,000,000. He has originated annuity premium in excess of $100,000,000 and has established many special needs trusts that protected his clients’ government benefits eligibility while providing for deferred payments that increase in value over time.

Before joining Sage Settlement Consulting (formerly The Settlement Alliance), Charlit was the CEO of Pure Plaintiff, a structured settlement brokerage firm providing structured settlement solutions for claimants and attorneys involved in large personal injury cases. Mr. Bonilla was also previously employed by a major U.S. Institutional Asset Manager that specializes in individual mutual funds and retirement and college savings plans. He holds life insurance licenses in multiple states.
